Volkov Dmitry (born 9 July 1976 in Moscow) is an entrepreneur and scholar. He established Social Discovery Group, an worldwide web-based enterprise with base of operations in Malta, and partially owns Dating Group.

In 2016, he launched the SDG Arts & Science Foundation.
